AI Media Studio is a private content creation and publishing workspace. It is used to manage the operator’s own social media accounts and accounts the operator is authorized to manage.

• Account information: basic profile and account identifiers returned by a connected platform.
• Authorization data: access and refresh tokens needed to maintain an approved connection.
• Content: videos, captions, titles and metadata selected by the operator for preparation or upload.
• Technical data: limited connection, upload and error logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

Information is used to authenticate authorized accounts, display connection status, prepare content, upload drafts or posts after an explicit operator action, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. AI Media Studio does not sell or rent personal information and does not use it for behavioral advertising.

Information is shared only with the connected platform and technical service providers when necessary to perform the action requested by the operator, maintain security or comply with a legal obligation. It is not shared for unrelated marketing.

Connection data is retained while the account remains connected or as needed to provide the service. Tokens are revoked or removed when a connection is deleted where the platform permits it. Limited security logs or backups may remain for a reasonable period. Deletion requests can be sent to the address below.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored information. No system can guarantee absolute security. You may revoke access from your TikTok or other platform settings, disconnect the account in the studio, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

AI Media Studio is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. This policy may be updated as features, connected platforms or legal requirements evolve. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
